You made your payment to PayPal for a Spigot Premium account, but your account still says “Basic Member” and you can’t access the premium content.
This is likely because of PayPal’s requirement after payment to return to Spigotsciencemag.com from their receipt page, using their link, to enter your username and password (it’s a bit quirky and easy to miss, and we apologize!).
To fix this, go to your browser history and find that PayPal receipt page. See if you can find the “Return to Spigot Science Magazine” link to return to Spigot from there. This link is unique to your account with PayPal, and is important in connecting YOUR PayPal payment to YOUR Spigot username. Once you are back at our site, you will see a page that looks like the following:

If you are an Existing Member, you will need to click on the “click here” hyperlink to navigate to the proper screen for entering your username and password.

If you are a brand new member, and you don’t have a username, fill out the New Member Registration form below the red box and submit.
If you still have trouble, send your username to Customer Service and we will promptly fix your account.
